R.B. Santosh Kumar, an accomplished Indian artist will hold his exhibition of paintings ‘Timeless Moments’ at the Lionel Wendt Art Gallery next weekend, June 14 and 15.

Working with oils, watercolours and acrylic, his work is inspired by Nature which he attributes to the memories of his childhood spent in the verdant state of Kerala in southern India. His work is versatile, from still life to natural landscapes, abstracts to human figures captured with sensitivity and feeling.

He has held 13 solo exhibitions and exhibited at 15 international  group shows. Some of his works are displayed at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in India (official residence and office of the President of India) and he is the recipient of a silver medal from the President of India. He is currently the Country Manager for Mastercard Sri Lanka & Maldives.

Proceeds from his exhibition will be donated to the Foundation of Goodness which supports and uplifts disadvantaged communities in the country.
