The Gold Circle Awards, now in its 10th year, recognises elite service, high scoring peer-to-peer customer reviews from millions of reviews on Agoda, as well as excellence in pricing and availability.
Kandy City Hotel by Earl’s has awarded this prestigious award for two years consecutively for outstanding performance that meets and exceeds the criteria of the online booking market, including high number of positive customer reviews, quality content on the hotel profile, proficient use of Agoda Yield Control System (YCS) and commitment to delivering the best service to customers. Only 39 hotels were awarded Island wide and it’s a precious and memorable moment for all the staff members with their hard work paying off.
