Envoy pledges Pakistan Scholarships in Technical Education
View(s):Pakistan High Commissioner (PHC) Dr. Shahid Ahmad Hashmat called on Science, Technology & Research, Minister Dr. Sarath Amunugama, at the Ministry recently. During the meeting, Dr. Hashmat apprised the Minister of the forthcoming visit of the Commission on Science & Technology for Sustainable Development in the South (COMSATS)’s delegation to Sri Lanka.
The PHC said the visit will further enhance Educational cooperation between the two countries. The PHC, while offering Pakistan’s support to Sri Lanka in the field of Technical Education, averred that, Lankan youth will be given Scholarships in diverse fields of studies. – CC
