Kandy Attorneys receive “Arbitration ” Course Certificates
View(s):Minister of Higher Education & Highways, Laksman Kiriella was the Chief Guest at a ceremony organised by the Kandy Bar Association (KBA), to award Certificates to Attorneys who had completed a programme in “Arbitration “.
The KBA President, speaking at the function, said that, to implement the orders of Arbitration, one had to go to the Colombo High Court. This situation has to be corrected and that, it should be brought to the Courts in Kandy .
