Annual Prize-Giving of Batticaloa Cecilia’s Girls College
View(s):The Annual Prize-Giving of Batticaloa Cecilia’s Girls College was held on Thursday at the Mother Veronica auditorium, under the leadership of its Principal Sister Arul Maria, with the participation of its students and parents.
Batticaloa District Secretary M. Uthayakumar was the Chief Guest while Deputy Director (Administration-Batticaloa) of Education, Mrs S. Kulendrakumar and Road Development Authority Executive Engineer N. Sasinathan were Guests of Honour.
Special Guests at the event were Dean- Faculty of Healthcare Science at Eastern University, Dr Angela Arulpragasam and Batticaloa Cathedral Parish Priest Rev Fr C.V. Annadas. More than 1,500 students who excelled in academic and extra curricular activities were awarded certificates at the event.
