Chrisantha’s wife passes away
View(s):Well known cricket personality Chrisantha de Silva’s wife Nalini passed away on Friday evening.
Chrisantha have been 20 years President of Moratuwa Sports Club from 1982 to 2001 and also the President of the Lions Club of Moratuwa in 1988/ 89. Besides he was President of the Colombo District Cricket Association from 1988 to 2002 and served the SLC executive committee from 1984 to 2001 off and on.
Mrs. de Silva leaves behind the husband three daughters, Son in Law and two granddaughters. Funeral takes place on Monday the 2nd July 2018 cortege leaving No. 80, Lady de Soysa Drive, Uyana, Moratuwa at 4.30 p.m. to St. Sebastian’s Church, Moratuwa for service and burial at 5.00 p.m.
