The competition is specially designed for Rotaractors and they are expected to take part at club level; the tournament will conclude with the announcement of the Rotaract Club with the most number of points as the winner. A participation of more than 1200 Rotaractors is anticipated.

The Rotaract Club of Sir John Kotelawela Defence University took home the shield in 2017, and it will be interesting to see which team will face the challenges effectively this year to be able to claim the shield.
