Wins for CEB and SLAF
View(s):Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) and Sri Lanka Air Force won the Super League category (men and women) of the 31st NYSC-Rupavahini volleyball tournament held at National Youth Services Council Maharagama (NYSC) yesterday.
At the men’s final, CEB beat SL Army 3-2 (15-25, 22-25, 25-23, 26-24 and 19-17). The third place was won by SL Air Force. The best player award was won by G.G.L.M Wanthappriya of CEB.
In the women’s finals, SL Air Force beat SL Navy 3-0 (27-25, 25-23 and 34-32). SL Army won the third place and the best player award was won by G.W.A Amani Kausalya of SL Air Force.
