Travel Trade Futsal today
View(s):The latest addition to the Travel Trade Sports Club multi Sports events calendar, the Futsal 5-a-side Soccer Championships 2017, sponsored by Viluxur Holidays will take place today at the Futsal World Indoor Courts, T.B. Jayah Mawatha Colombo 10, commencing 9.00 am.
Thirteen teams have entered the inaugural tournament namely, Amja Travels, Avani Bentota, Cinnamon Grand Colombo (two teams), Ditethelm Travels, Emirates, Galadari Hotel, Hilton Colombo Residence, Luxe Asia, The Kingsbury, Viluxur Holidays and Walkers Tours (two teams).
The special awards on offer are for the Most Outstanding Player of the Tournament and the Most Promising Player of the tournament. The Official Sponsorship handing over took place on July 12 at Ramada Colombo where Managing Director, Viluxur Holidays, Shafraz Fazley presented the package to the President of the Travel Trade Sports Club, Prabath Harshakumar. - LR
