Faces painted, singing, cheering and reminiscing, they filled the streets of Bambalapitiya with their celebration and indeed, the occasion was a proud and happy one as Visakhians past and present joined the Visakha Vidyalaya Centenary Walk on Saturday, February 11. Visakha Vidyalaya founded in 1917 by Mrs. Jeremias Dias marked its centenary in January this year.
