China’s Ambassador Yi Xianliang, much in the news these days over his loan controversy with the Finance Minister, having a serious chat with Ports and Shipping Minister Arjuna Ranatunga who also has expressed concern over the Government’s deal with a Chinese company for the development of the Hambantota Port.
