Hilton Colombo Residences today announces the winners of the Hilton South East Asia & India (ISEA) F&B Masters 2016/2017–Hotel Level competition. Following an intense contest amongst forty-five food and beverage enthusiasts who are vying for the chance to represent their hotels at the Country Level of the Hilton ISEA F&B Masters 2016/2017, the Hotel Level winners of Hilton Colombo Residences are: Bar Challenge: Pamoth Gunawardana, Barista Challenge: Damith Dilhara, Dessert Challenge: Buddika Jayawardena, Culinary Challenge: Thulitha Neranjana and Sommelier Challenge: Ayesh Premachandra.
