Win for NAITA Admin.
View(s):The Administration Division beat Training Division to win the NAITA Finance Trophy in their annual Inter-Department Men’s and Women’s Cricket Tournament held at the Subhuthi MV ground in Battaramulla. Sachithra Mallawarachchi of the winning team bagged two individual awards for the player of the tournament and highest scorer while his team mate Chamod Thiwanka won the award for the best bowler. The tournament featured four mixed teams representing Administration, Training, Finance and Quality divisions.
The victorious Administration team was represented by Supun Gunasinghe, K.K.C. Perera, Sachithra Mallawarachchi, P.N. Ranasinghe, Chamod Thiwanka, Chanaka Kavinda, B.D.R. Harshani, S.Y.D. Harshani, K. Wathsala Kumari, Madhuvi Udara, Mohomad Gayum Fasla and A. Kanchana. Priyantha Fernando, A.H.S.P. Wijerathna, R.M.J.B. Rajapaksa, Kasun Janaka, Shamaka Sonal, Pradeep Kumara, Nandika Gunathilaka, Nethra de Saram, Hiromi de Silva, M.D. Shyamali and Nadeesha Kumudu Kumari represented the Training Division team. - SP
