Tilak’s exhibition ends today
View(s):Providing a fascinating glimpse into the work of a designer and architect whose uniquely Sri Lankan inspiration has taken many forms over the course of five decades, the exhibition ‘Tilak Samarawickrema- 50 Year Retrospective- Drawings, sculpture and animation’ opened at the Lionel Wendt Gallery on Thursday. The exhibition is on today as well.
Being exhibited for the first time are Samarawickrema’s striking larger than life wire scultures which occupy one wall of the gallery. Pix by Anuradha Bandara
