Latin moves from wheelchair dancers

Excitement is building up as the fifth edition of BDFI International Dance Festival powered by the Sports Ministry is billed to sweep the dance floor on October 14 and 15 at the BMICH.

The 14th evening will see workshops in Hip-Hop, Belly and Freestyle dancing and action- packed workshops in Salsa, Kizomba, Latin, Bachata will be held on the 15th from 9 a.m. – a prelude to the Salsa Festival in the evening.

Five dance celebrities from overseas will teach new techniques and styles.  A special segment of Salsa Competition is on the cards for all Latin lovers.

The highlight of the evening will be international wheelchair dancers in action with the current world Latin wheelchair champions from Russia taking centrestage.
