A wind instruments ensemble, ‘Swara Layam II’, second programme of the monthly show presented by the Tamil Service of Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation (SLBC) will be performed on Friday, September 30 at 6.15 pm at Ananda Samarakone Studio, SLBC.

A different wind instruments such as  Nathaswaram , the king pipe Instrument in Carnatic music, flute  North Indian music and Saxophone, western music  will merge in a unique presentation at this show. The musicians Rajeenthiran Sahithyan  - Nathaswaram and Sajeevan on Thavil  both  from Jaffna [Carnatic music] Gayan Jayasinghe on flute and Gayanath  Dahanayaka on table, both Hindustani music and Supun Jayalath on Saxaphone, western music will perform in the show in which the admission is free.
