The newest version of multi-faceted actor Wilson Gunaratne’s ‘Charitha Atak’ political satire comedy will go on the boards on September 12 at 6.30 pm at the Bishop’s College Auditorium, coinciding with its milestone 300th performance.
‘Charitha Atak’ is the only stage play in Sri Lanka in which one actor portrays eight different characters in eight different voices. The newest version of ‘Charitha Atak’ is organised by Uruma Adyana Kawaya as a fund raiser project.
‘Charitha Atak’ has got raving reviews from critics who emphasised that this production depicts the true political scenario of the country
