‘Naagin’ is the latest addition to Indian soap dramas that is being telecast on Sirasa TV.  Tittled as  ‘Prema Dadayama’, the TV serial dubbed into Sinhala will be telecast on every Saturday and Sunday at 8 pm to 9 pm on Sirasa TV starting from July 11.

The story revolves around  two girls named  Shivanya and  Shesha. Shivanya wanted to take revenge for her  parents’ death committed by  Viren, Suri, Sailesh, Ankush and Yamini. She enters Anuksh’s family as a maid.  Ritik, son of Ankush and Yamini has a childhood friend Tanvi, who wants to marry him but he isnot interested in this wedding. Ritik begins to love Shivanya.

Shesha, her sister tries to kill Ankush but fails. Yamini, sees Shesha transforming into a snake and escaping from the house.

Prema Dadayama (Naagin) is produced by the makers of ‘Maha Gedara’, ‘Praveena’ and ‘Me Adarayai’.

Successful Season 1 of Naagin is coming to an end in this month in India and the drama has also been running very successfully in many countries across the world.

As per Broadcast Audience Research  Council of India (BARC), Naagin has consistently remained as the no. 1 programme across all genres  ever  since it was premiered  last year.
