Sri Harshadeva’s Sanskrit play ‘Rathnawalee’ translated by Piyadasa Nishshanka and produced by Lalitha Sarachchandra will go on the boards at the 8.15 am and 10.45 am at the YMBA theatre in Borella. The play is included in the GCE Advanced Level Sinhala syllabus.

The play stars Sanath Wimalasiri, Prasannajith Abeysuriya, Janaka Munasinghe, Shirani Costa, Nihari Wickremarachchi, Ganga Paranavithana, Suranga Kosala, Rajitha Hewathanthirge, Jagathi Kumara, Vijitha Wijeratne, Somapala Pathirage and Upamalo Ranatunge.

Music directed by Shantha Peiris, choreography by Miranda Hemalatha, make up by Upul Mahanamage, lighting by Upali Weerasinghe and stage management is by Dhanapala Bogodage,The play is organised by Jude Srimal.
