Lion Ladies hold ‘The Great Colombo Car Boot Sale’
View(s):Introducing a new concept in Colombo, the Lion Ladies of Colombo (Host) will hold ‘The Great Colombo Car Boot Sale’ on Sunday, November 29 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Women’s International Club (next to the Lionel Wendt theatre).
The sale is being held as a fundraiser for the Lions Gift of Sight programme which focuses on eradicating blindness.
In keeping with the season, the sale will have clothes, jewellery, plants and other interesting items on sale. Those interested can pre-book a car boot at Rs 2,000 or a table at Rs. 3,000 to display their goods.
