Who will be the Up and Coming Fashion Designer of the Year?
View(s):Twenty aspiring young designers will take the stage to vie for the honours at the grand finale of the “Up and Coming Fashion Designer of the Year 2015”on November 30 at Water’s Edge at 7.30 p.m.
36 semi-finalists were put to the test when they were interviewed by a distinguished board of judges at the semi-finals held recently.
Founder and organizer of the contest Zainab Ammarah said, “It was indeed a tough task to select a talented 36 out of the 50 quarter finalists. It was even tougher for the judges to select the 20 talented individuals from the 36 semi finalists.
It was a selection process of five hours through one-on-one interviews and design screening that the panel of judges made their ultimate decision.”
