Panadura CC In-House cricket starts today
View(s):The Panadura Cricket Coaching School’s Annual In-House Cricket Tournament commenced today and will continue on October 4 and 5 at at Panadura Esplanade. The tournament is held for the 11th year in succession under five age categories.
Over a hundred youngsters will be participating in Under-10, 11, 12, 13 and in an Open age group. An exhibition 45-over match took place yesterday between the past cricketers of the school and a Combined XI at the Panadura Esplanade where six Sri Lanka cricketers took part.
Nelson Mendis of the CCC School of Cricket was the Chief Guest at the exhibition match while Kumar Samarasinghe, Sales Director Singer Sri Lanka will grace the occasion as the chief guest at the final day of the In-House Tournament on October 4. – LR
