The services offered include a 24-hour service hotline, 365 days of the year, emergency fuel delivery with the customer only having to pay the cost of the fuel (either diesel or petrol), and unlimited technical advice hotline and on the spot minor mechanical repairs

An island-wide breakdown service is also in operation through the officially appointed Aid-Point garages by the AAC and its motor mechanics also undertake minor adjustments free of charge to members’ vehicles at AAC headquarters.
