AVIC International Astoria Luxury Condominium officially launched
View(s):Astoria, the luxury condominium project by AVIC International ceremoniously opened for sales last month, the company announced this week.
It said the project has attracted interest from diverse sectors and fields with enrollment of VIP members and accumulation of interest for apartment sales in Tower 2 commenced on 13th October.
“Nearly 30 units were reserved by 20th November, surpassing the standard monthly sales of the market. The average selling price on the launch day surpassed US$2,800 per square metre,” the media release said.
