A sing-along to raise funds for Cancer Hospital kitchen

A night of song and dance will be held on November 22 at the BMICH to raise funds to refurbish the kitchen of the National Cancer Hospital at Maharagama.

Patients from all parts of the country are referred to the National Cancer Hospital for specialised treatment, while it also helps identify cancers in around 10,000 new patients each year, while providing follow-up treatment for nearly 30,000 patients. Around 750 patients receive in-ward treatment daily at the National Cancer Hospital.

The sing-along on November 22 with Ronnie Leitch and Vision with Damayantha Kuruppu has been organised by the Rotary Club of Colombo Down Town and the British Scholars’ Association.

Tickets priced at Rs. 1,500 may be purchased from Torana Liberty Plaza and Video International, 325 Nawala Road, Nawala.
