Mammals
View(s):A mammal drinks mother’s milk. Mammals also are warm blooded. Mammals have fur or hair. Humans too are mammals. If you have a dog or a cat, then your pets too are mammals. Mammals are alike in other ways too. The mammal’s body stays at the same temperature all the time. The fur of mammals can be short, long, straight or curly. Mammals manage to live almost everywhere. They could wear long sleeves in hot climates and in cold climates wear woollen clothes.
Polar bears live in some of the coldest places in the world. Camels live in some of the hottest places in the world. Dolphins are mammals that spend their whole lives swimming in the ocean. Bats are mammals that often live in dark caves and can fly. Many young mammals are weak and helpless for a long time.
