‘Tharumali’ one of the long-running mega teleplays has won the hearts of many TV viewers.  Telecast at 9.30 pm on every weekday, it narrates a story of a remote village that is subjected to drastic changes with colonial interference is the latest mega teleplay that has been released on the Swarnavahini channel and starting from February 13.
Directed by Mahendra Kulasinghe, the teleplay is played by Vinu Siriwardana, Suraj Mapa, Kavinga Perera, Udayanthi Kulathunga, Kanchana Kodituwakku, Chamupa Godage, Buddhadasa Vithanachchi, Meena Kumari, Janaka Kumbukage, Kumari Munasinghe and Ajith Lokuge
