Sri Lankan IT Company Microimage recently announced that its Human Capital Management (HCM) software solution was being adopted by a number of “key” Maldivian government and non-government entities, including the Maldives Broadcasting Corporation, the Maldives Transport and Contracting Company, the FENAKA Corporation, the Island Aviation Service and ADK Hospital.

Having won these contracts along with Maldives-based business partner WIN Solutions, the local company also stated that these new implementations added to a Maldivian corporate customer portfolio that already included Wataniya Telecom, Bank of Maldives, Universal Resorts, etc. Further, this announcement also quoted WIN Solutions Managing Director Mohamed Naseer as stating; “With the recent business wins, we intend to strengthen our support presence in the Maldives, with dedicated resources, servicing clients and coordinating with the Microimage service delivery team for extended support and development services”.

Additionally highlighted; “Microimage also hosted its flagship HCM Connect HRIS technology showcase last year at the Traders Hotel in the island’s capital, Male, which was attended by leading Maldivian corporate clients.

The HCM Connect showcase enabled Maldivian corporate clients to understand the great benefits that HCM solutions bring to their organisations”.
