‘The Waves’ is the newest restaurant opened in the newly built Water Park in Uppuveli, Trincomalee.
‘The Waves’ is a specialised sea food restaurant with casual and fine dining sections. It caters for anybody, who are looking for a tasty meal that’s hygienic and yummy.

It offers an array of dishes; rice and curry with an assortment of meats and vegetables, short-eats, along with sandwich combinations, pizzas, burgers and fries. Also for dessret, tempting spread of cakes and chocolates are on the menu with chilled soft beverages, milk shake or tea and coffee.

‘Waves’ specialties like grilled lobster and prawns with veggiesare the authentic sea food dishes on the menu.
‘We have a dining area for those who wish to have a quiet sit-down meal or if you need to rush off, you can grab something from the ‘take-away’ shelf’ said a spokesperson fron the Pigeon Island Beach Resort, the owners of the Waves..
‘If you have a special occasion coming up or want to invite a large group of friends, we can make special arrangements at the restaurant /pub which will be opened soon’he added.

All these goodies can be found within the newly built Water Park which is located on the beautiful Uppuveli Beach. The location is 5 km away from the Trincomalee town. Waves Restaurant is open 11am – 11pm daily
