Koluu did it his way

By Nedra Wickremesinghe

Celebrity chef Koluu made yet another significant milestone in his colourful career when he launched his book 'Koluu - My Way', a collection of recipes at his own restaurant Lemon last week, amidst a gathering of family, close friends and well-wishers.

The colourful and glossy hard-cover book features some 130 of his all-time favourite recipes. Leafing through the pages one discovers his signature twists and the recipes he has picked up from his travels all over the world. "It is meant to inspire and persuade a foodie, a cooking enthusiast, or an amateur or even an up and coming chef," said Koluu at the launch.

Guests were treated, as expected to a sumptuous feast. Food and drinks were in abundance, and the trays came non-stop. Koluu's book will go down well with his fans, no doubt- invitees were all seen clutching their books while juggling their food during cocktails.
