Flying in from the Taj MG Road, Bangaluru, Chef Luo with over 26 years of culinary experience across China, India and Nigeria, brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for traditional Chinese cooking to the table. Specialising in Sichuan, Cantonese and Hunan cuisines, his culinary journey reflects a deep-rooted understanding of Chinese food culture and tradition.
From April 23 dinner to May 4, guests can indulge in an exceptional dining experience during both lunch and dinner, as the Golden Dragon showcases a curated menu highlighting the very best of Chinese cuisine. Set in an elegant Oriental-inspired ambiance, Golden Dragon combines traditional charm with contemporary sophistication, creating the perfect setting for both intimate dining and special occasions. The restaurant also features private dining options, enhancing its appeal for exclusive gatherings.
The festival menu promises an array of exquisite dishes, from delicate dim sums and comforting soups to bold, flavour-packed specialities. Signature highlights include Stir-Fried Prawns with Asparagus, Hot and Sour Fish with Pickled Vegetables, and Diced Chicken tossed in homemade Hunan chili. Guests can also savour Stir-Fried Tenderloin with Spicy Coriander and Dry-Cooked Spicy Eggplant with Haricot Beans—each dish crafted with authentic techniques and premium ingredients.
Classic favourites such as Hakka-style Soya Fried Noodles with Vegetables and Chicken Fried Rice round out the main offerings, ensuring a well-balanced culinary journey. To conclude on a sweet note, diners can enjoy delicately prepared desserts like Steamed Almond Milk Flavored Rolls.
