All Saints’ Past Pupils host Valentine’s gala
View(s):
A Valentine’s Day dinner dance organised by All Saints’ College, Borella, Past Pupils’ Association, brought together couples, friends, and families for an evening filled with love, warmth, and celebration. The venue was beautifully decorated in red and black, creating a romantic and inviting atmosphere that captured the spirit of the occasion.
Guests were welcomed with a red rose corsage for ladies and a soft drink.
Rev Fr Trevor Martin said a prayer for all couples and singles hoping to be couples.
Kumar de Silva surprised everyone with his sudden presence and PPA Vice President Deanna Ryde was relieved to hand over the microphone to him to do the needful as Master of Ceremonies/Emcee. He ensured the programme flowed seamlessly with laughter, music, dancing and togetherness defining the night.

KISMET provided a repertoire of romantic slow, rock and roll music and baila, which had everyone filling the dance floor.
The highlight of the evening were the entrance ticket draw and competitions; such as dances and games that added to the excitement.
The event was a resounding success, celebrating the sense of community it fostered among all who attended.
