Thanksgiving service for new President of the National Council of YMCAs

Richard T. Jansz has been elected as the new President of the National Council of YMCAs of Sri Lanka at the 56th Annual General Meeting held recently.
His installation will be marked with a service of thanksgiving and dedication on Wednesday, August 27 at 6 p.m. at St. Andrew’s Scots Kirk, Colombo 3. Mr. Jansz, a long-serving YMCA leader and President of the Nugegoda YMCA, has also served as treasurer, Vice President, and Chair of the Finance Committee. Educated at S. Thomas’ College, Mount Lavinia, he brings over 25 years of experience and deep commitment to the YMCA mission. The installation service will feature music by the Music Ministry Choir (MMC) and the Lylie Godridge Quartet, with organ accompaniment by Neranjan De Silva.
