Home Lands records historic monthly sales
View(s):Home Lands has once again reaffirmed its market leadership by achieving a historic milestone in the country’s property sector, recording the highest ever sales turnover in a month by any real estate developer in Sri Lanka –, Rs. 7.4 billion in sales from 104 units in June 2025 alone.
This landmark achievement was significantly driven by the successful launch of Pentara Residencies, the latest addition to the company’s growing portfolio of premium developments, the company said in a media release.
The June 2025 performance marks a new benchmark in monthly developer turnover, setting a record in Sri Lanka’s real estate history.
In addition, Home Lands has reported Rs. 25 billion in sales during the first half of 2025, amounting to over 80 per cent of its total annual sales of Rs. 31 billion in 2024. This trajectory strongly indicates that the company is on course to surpass all previous performance records by the end of the year.
