New-look GFLOCK opens at Battaramulla
View(s):Popular fashion brand, GFLOCK opened its new boutique for natural-blend fashion in Battaramulla earlier this month. The boutique showcases garments crafted from premium cotton, linen, and viscose -fabrics that breathe elegance and sustainability.
Set within a carefully restored 100+ year old walauwa, the boutique’s setting is a nod to Sri Lankan heritage. “Open courtyards, verdant greenery, warm tones, and timeless materials such as timber and stone create the perfect stage for fashion that honours tradition and the environment,” says Shan Samuel, the architect behind the transformation.
Ranil Willaddarage, Chairman and Chief Designer of GFLOCK described the new collection as “where style meets substance” designed in Sri Lanka and enriched by fabrics sourced from Indian artisans.
