SL HC in London presents credentials as Perm Rep to IMO
View(s):High Commissioner Rohitha Bogollagama presented his credentials as Sri Lanka’s Permanent Representative to the International Maritime Organization to Arsenio Dominguez, Secretary-General of the IMO at its Headquarters, London on 14th March, 2024.
The High Commissioner highlighted his background as a maritime lawyer and his previous role as Director of Maersk.
The two dignitaries engaged in discussions concerning the current political situation in the Red Sea and Sri Lanka’s commitment to protecting the marine environment.
