Rock music frenzy swept the sprawling Floor By O! venue where Sri Lankan heavy metal band Stigmata gave its final performance for the year, revisiting their 4th album ‘The Ascetic Paradox’.

The band performed for a stretch of 2 hours with a set list of 15 songs from all their previously released albums.  The venue was embraced by over 100 metal heads, head-banging and perform ing mosh pits throughout the show with the intensified music.
The group ‘Soul Sounds’ collaborated and accompanied the band on ‘Let the Wolves Come and Lick Thy Wounds’ from the new album the Ascetic Paradox’ and lent their choral vocal expertise along with vocalist Chrisantha De Silva from the band ‘Salvage’ and singer ‘Sanjeev Niles’ for ‘Voices’. wThe Local crowd as well as the foreign Stigmata fans that were present at the concert erupted in joy when the band took the stage to play some of their hits much to the delight of their fans. A drum solo was also performed for the drum fanatics in the house.
