A campaign began in Colombo this week to raise funds for a project to start heart surgery in the Northern and North-Central provinces for needy patients.  There are no cardiac surgery facilities in these provinces and patients are sent to Kandy and Colombo for operations. The campaign has been designed by Phoenix Ogilvy as one of its CSR activities.
