Commercial Bank AGM on March 31
View(s):The annual general meeting of the Commercial Bank of Ceylon, Sri Lanka’s biggest private bank, will be held on March 31 at 2pm at the Galadari hotel, the bank said on Tuesday. In recent times, many companies are giving advance notice of their AGMs through announcements in the Colombo Stock Exchange in a further adherence of good governance principles. Commercial Bank first announced its AGM date for the year ending 31st December 2013, on November 4, 2013.
