Executive Chef Alexander Kroll of five star Widder Hotel, Zürich and Executive sous Chef Tony Rudolph: at the Prato Borni, the five star Grand Hotel Zermatterhof, in Zermatt will be highlighting the celebration of Authentic Swiss delicacies at the Governor’s restaurant till 2nd August.
The price for Swiss party is Rs 2500/–.

Traditional Swiss dishes tend to be plain and made from simple ingredients, such as potatoes and cheese. There are many ways to eat cheese, but for those who would like to taste Swiss specialties, fondue and raclette are a must.

With the Governors Jazz Sunday Brunch at MLH getting jazzier on Sunday, 29th July will further highlight Swiss cuisine with an Authentic Swiss Brunch held at the Governor’s restaurant at the of priced Rs. 2750/= +++
