Blue Feathers Karate Grading

The karate grading test of Blue Feathers Sports Club took place recently at its premises in Katubedda, Moratuwa. Over 50 participants took part at the grading test and 13-year-old Maleek Gunaratne won the highest award with a second dan black belt. The grading was conducted by the chief instructor of Blue Feathers SC, Master Gamini Rupasinghe, a sixth Dan karate and second Dan judo black belt holder. Chairman of Blue Feathers SC, Shiromi Abraham gave away prizes and certificates to all participants.
