The Australian College of Business & Technology (ACBT) now offers students the opportunity to start the ACBT degree after their O/L exam by doing the University Foundation Level (UFL),recognized as an equivalent to the A/L. The UFL can be completed in 8-12 months compared to the two years or more consumed by A/Ls. Students also have the added benefit of starting their higher education as soon as they complete their A/L examinations, without having to wait for their results.

ACBT's University Foundation Level (UFL) covers a wide spectrum of subjects such as accounting, communications, economics, statistics, computing, mathematics, management and marketing and offers students several possible streams of study within the business and IT fields as well as science and engineering.

ACBT has ensured that the degrees are more practical-oriented, so that their qualifications match perfectly with today's industry demands.

Students could complete the degree in Sri Lanka itself or transfer to Australian/UK universities after completing part of the degree at ACBT. ACBT Certificates are accepted by many Australian Universities, thereby guaranteeing students the opportunity for entrance into many of these prestigious universities.

They have created new opportunities for many aspiring students, opening up many potentially lucrative business and industry positions, enabling ACBT-ECU graduates to secure, financially rewarding and challenging positions in their respective careers.
