Desmond Fernando Memorial Oration

The 'Desmond Fernando Memorial Oration' organized by the Bar Association of Sri Lanka (BASL) was delivered by R.K.W.Goonasekera, senior member of the Bar and former Principal of the Sri Lanka Law College on Friday. Volume XVII of the BASL Law Journal dedicated to the memory of the late Desmond Fernando P.C. was released at the event.
