The Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT) teamed up with Sheffield Hallam University (SHU) UK to conduct a T-shirt designing competition recently. A voting procedure marked the selection for the best design, and representatives from SHU were present to hand out the awards and certificates to the creative participants of SHU Degree Programmes at SLIIT.

H.N.Y.C. Herath won the competition, with P.T.N.H.C. Gunasinghe and Mithun Ruwan Pathirana bagging the second and third prizes respectively. Certificates were handed out to the other participants of the design competition.
