Rambukwella right on top

BATA-Sunday Times School Boy Cricketer 2011

Royal’s Ramith Rambukwella seems to be consolidating his position at the top of the Bata-The Sunday Times Schoolbor Cricketer 2011All Island competition. At the end of the 13th Count Rambukwella has collected 11701, followed by Supun Navaratne of Thurstan and Dasun Shanaka of Maris Stella College Negombo.

At the 12th Count Rambukwella had 10591 votes and is steadily cementing his lead. In the Emerging Schools section two lads from Royal College occupy the first and second places. Kavindu Ashan Perera of Royal College –Panadura has collected 1488 votes and Charitha Ruchiranga also of the same institution has collected 1080.

In the International School Contest Gavitha Wickramasinghe of Liceum International –Wattala takes his number of votes to 396 while Mohammed Azher Samsoodeen of Leigton Park International School takes his number of votes to 260
