Funday Times - A Poem for the week

Life

By Andrew Gaye (9 years), Wesley College

Life on earth is so short,
Why do we fight so much to live,
When one day we will all be gone,
No one and nothing can stop this form.

The day when we are all called to perform,
Will you be ready or are you ashamed,
Of the way you lived your life in vain,
Never take your life for granted,
‘Cos you don’t know when you’ll be parted.
