Faiszer Musthapha on ‘Celeb Chat’

Deputy Minister of Environment Faiszer Musthapha chats to Kumar de Silva on Prime TV’s ‘Celeb Chat’ at 9.30 pm on Monday 18 October.

Having obtained a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Aberdeen in the UK, he chose the legal profession as his career following in the footsteps of his father Mr. Faisz Musthapha, President’s Counsel and his Grand Father S. M. Musthapha who was a reputed lawyer attached to the Kandy Bar and practiced for more than 50 years.

As a Member of Parliament for the Kandy District from 2004 to date, he shares his love for serving the people and the work he does for the public with the ‘Faiszer Musthapha Foundation’. With the election of Musthapha as its candidate, the SLFP was able to achieve Muslim representation in Parliament from the Central Province after a long period of 54 years.

In his capacity as Deputy Minister of Tourism and later as Non Cabinet Minister of Tourism Promotion he accomplished many tasks which led to projecting Sri Lanka as a popular tourist destination.

Listen to the Hon. Faiszer Musthapha talk about life, law, politics, tourism, environment and everything in between. All this and lots more on Prime TV’s “Celeb Chat” at 9.30 pm on Monday 18 October 2010.
