Canvas of colours

Chris Benjamin and Nisreen Amiruddeen will hold their joint exhibition ‘Cruising Colours’ at the Lionel Wendt from Friday, October 8 to Sunday, October10.

This is the maiden art exhibition for Chris whilst Nisreen has exhibited her works before. Both of them have used different mediums such as water colours, pastels, acrylic, oil, charcoal and mixed media and have also experimented with both realistic and modern art styles. They are both displaying a collection of their recent works and the paintings interestingly cover a wide variety of subjects and expressions.

Both Nisreen and Chris regard Lathifa Ismail who had given them invaluable guidance, motivation and inspiration as their mentor in their artistic path.
