Cook up some mouthwatering dishes with Koluu

They say that the proof of the pudding is in the eating, but to get to that stage one has to know how to make the pudding. Once again, Koluu has decided to put together a class that would teach you to whip up out of the ordinary salads, pastas, sea food, some poultry and meat dishes.

His class will be taught in his usual easy style, which will allow for the contemporary woman or man to get into the kitchen and confidently turn out the mouthwatering dishes in next to no time.

Lots of people are intimidated at the thought of going into a kitchen and turning out some dish, or even to go through some recipes and try them out says Koluu. But in the past few years, he is happy to say, he has got that fear out of many people.

Koluu feels quite proud when he meets spouses or parents of many of his previous apprentices, and learns how pleased and happy they are with the new woman or man in the kitchen who can now turn out a dish with great confidence in a short time. It is all about planning and preparation and the general knowhow Koluu says. The result of this combination is success.

There will be a four series class organised by Koluu commencing in the second week of May. One set of classes will be held on Wednesday afternoons from May 12 and the other on Saturday mornings, beginning on the 15th.

The enrolments will be limited. Those who wish to join or need any information could call Koluu on 0777-393966 or Surani on 0775-213047 and book their place early to avoid disappointment.
