Smiles from Jaffna’s young but are they happy?

JAFFNA – Loads of travellers from the south and new businesses are springing up in Jaffna. But they are mostly banks and services. Missing is the manufacturing industry. There is also a tinge of animosity, helpless though, according to a senior resident, because the south is seen taking a major share of new business opportunities.
